Business Development Executive for Business Investigation & Compliance


Integrity Indonesia provides services related to the prevention, detection and investigation of fraud ( As a rapidly expanding company, self-motivated and result-oriented individuals with the proper qualifications and mindset might be interested in taking the available position of Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will report to the Head of Sales with responsibilities as below:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identification of prospects, cold calling to arrange meetings and canvassing
  • Networking by attending events, conferences, seminars and cocktails
  • Preparing sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Develop proposals / quotations that answer the client’s needs and objectives
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales
  • Identify market demand, understand market trends, benchmarking
  • Business development by development of partnerships
  • Develop current systems related to prospection, sales and account management

Job Requirements:

  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of selling Consulting services or having experience in auditing companies are plus point
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, specifically oriented around bringing new ideas to market
  • Having knowledge of technical intelligence
  • Willing to travel and comfortable to do field work due to prospection needs
  • Whilst fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English both spoken and written is a must, mastering other languages will be an advantage
