General Affairs Supervisor (Maternity Replacement)


This position is temporary for 3 Months to replace the current GA Supervisor who will take a maternity leave. As General Affairs Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of General Affairs, office management, accounts payable and purchasing.



  • Responsible for rent, utilities, general insurance as well as office and operational equipment
  • Liaise with external vendors and negotiate the purchase of office supplies and equipment in accordance with the company’s purchasing policy and budget
  • Organizing the office’s layout and maintaining office facilities, including the company building, vehicles, electronic equipment, pantry, and stationery
  • Maintaining and updating inventory
  • Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
  • Administrative support for travel arrangements and bookings
  • Management and supervision of Petty Cash
  • Supervision of Office Helper staff and Receptionist cum Admin
  • Creating and updating SOPs related to expense claims, purchasing policies
  • Handle work permits for Expatriates
  • Handle accounts payable and submitting monthly financial reports
  • Review Budget


  • Minimum Associate Degree in Finance and/or Administration
  • Experience as a GA Supervisor at least for 3 years
  • Experience handling expatriate work permit administration
  • Good knowledge of office facilities management handling
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong administration skills (MS Office literate)
  • Good leadership skills, detail-oriented, agile and a good coordinator
  • Proficient in English both verbal and written is a plus
