HR Specialist


Integrity Thailand provides services related to the prevention and detection of fraud ( As we are a rapidly expanding company, any motivated and result-oriented individuals with the proper qualifications and mindset might be interested in taking the available position of HR Specialist. The HR Specialist will report to Head of Human Resources Division with responsibilities as below:

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle recruitment processes including interviews, pre-boarding and onboarding
  2. Manage overall HR Operations function including administer employee attendance, foreign employee documents, benefits claims such as health insurance and etc, and general administration
  3. Responsible to manage General Affairs related work in Thailand office
  4. Provides administrative support for Head of Human Resources Division.

Job Requirements:

  1. Thai national
  2. High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  3. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or any Related field
  4. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources preferred multinational environment especially in HR Generalist role
  5. Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced, changing environment
  6. Strong analytical skills, attention to details and problem-solving skills
  7. Good communication skills and interviewing skill
  8. Excellent in English skill
