Integrity Indonesia provides services related to the prevention, detection and investigation of fraud (www.integrity-indonesia.com). As a rapidly expanding company, self-motivated and result-oriented individuals with the proper qualifications and mindset might be interested in taking the available position of Recruitment Staff. As a Recruitment Staff, your task is to help the Recruitment Specialist to find suitable staff and match candidates to permanent and temporary jobs. You will need to be organized, professional, and able to work towards targets, with responsibilities and requirements as follows:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare requisition request form and job advertisement
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates before Hiring Manager interview them
  • Interviewing and testing job seekers, to create a pool of candidates ready to fill vacancies
  • ‘Headhunting’ – finding and approaching candidates for freelancer positions
  • Regular reporting

Job Requirements:

  • High level of Integrity
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written is a must
  • Having min. 1 year experience in similar role and/or in Recruitment, however, fresh graduates also are welcome to apply
  • Good communication and administration skill
  • Able to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Confident and positive attitude with professional manner
  • Able to work well, both individually and/or in a team
