Sales Administration Officer


Integrity Indonesia provides services related to the prevention, detection and investigation of fraud ( As a rapidly expanding company, self-motivated and result-oriented individuals with the proper qualifications and mindset might be interested in taking the available position of Sales Administration Officer, with responsibilities and requirement as follows:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Helping Sales Team for pre-sales activities (prepare proposals, tender documents, etc)
  • Provide support related to administrative sales functions
  • Maintain client databases
  • Handling sales inquiries through phone and emails

Job Requirements:

  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Good administration skill
  • Able to work multi-tasking
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good attitude, discipline, self-motivated and teamwork player
  • Whilst fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English both spoken and written is a must, mastering other languages will be an advantage
