Where do I send my application letter if I am interested to join your Organization?

You may please send your most updated resume along with recent photograph and other supporting documents such as copy of ID and degree certificates by email to :

Can a fresh graduate submit an application?

Yes, we have a talent pool program where on-the-job training is provided

Do all policies apply to all employees?

Policies apply to all employees starting from the date of joining i.e.: Code of business ethic and conduct, travel policy, leave policy, etc.

What kind of benefits is available for me as a permanent employee?

A permanent employee is entitled to get the following benefits :

  1. Health Insurance
  2. Life, accident, and disability Insurance
  3. Pension
  4. Annual leave
  5. And other terms and conditions of employment which follow prevailing Company Regulation
What training would be offered to employees?

A variety of training programs :

  1. In house training :
    • Induction program is designed for smooth transition when employee is on boarding
    • English as the medium for reporting
    • Some technical training sessions are held regularly i.e. investigative interviews, Intellectual Property, Internet searching, IT Forensics, etc.
  2. Out house training :
    • Certification of Fraud Examiner
    • Certification of International Crime Prevention Specialist
    • Other
I want to transfer to a different job, what is the procedure?

After one year service in a position, an employee is able to transfer to another division / department if job is available. We have Equal Opportunities Policy which applies to both external and internal candidates

What about the career path?

A job grading exists for all positions and provides a structure for fairly compensating vs. competency & productivity

How often will my performance be reviewed?
  1. Casual on daily feedback ie coaching and mentoring
  2. Formal discussion on performance may only happen once or twice a year
